Cancellation Policy

A $111 deposit is required to secure your initial assessment appointment. Deposits are applied to your initial assessment session fee and are non-refundable for cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled initial assessment appointment.

We kindly request 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) and missed appointments may be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service. We will take all unforseen situations into consideration.

Insurance

At this time, we do not bill insurance directly. If you wish to submit for reimbursement through your insurance provider, we can provide you with a detailed receipt upon request. Many HSA and FSA accounts will cover these services when deemed medically necessary.
